MHE 1000 Mental Health Bed

The MHE 1000 has been designed to cater for the specific needs and requirements of the mentally ill, and for health professionals charged with the responsibility of caring for them.

This all Australian designed and manufactured specialist care bed is replete with patient safety features such as:

  • Special Keyed Nurse Lockout
  • 2 button caregiver controls integrated into the footboard
  • Special wiring containment to prevent unintended access
  • Shortened (1M) power cord with cover to minimise potential for self induced
    harm

Other features include 250kg safe working load, 100mm single, central locking castors and permanently fixed head and foot boards.

The MHE 1000 comes with a 10 year warranty on the frame and 3 year warranty on the Actuator; complies with essential requirements of ASNZ3200.2.38 applicable to class 1 medical equipment and is TGA compliant.
