Its enhanced design promotes greater shear and pressure relief, and firm perimeter edge allows for easier egress and transfer. The wider surface reduces gaps between the mattress and the siderail. Air Reflex™ System — This pressure-relief technology with patented, multi-chambered air cylinders that gently expand and contract with patient movement relieves key pressure points. Anti-shearing top surface — 800 individual responsive foam cells for improved clinical results. Hytex Poly® Top Ticking — While pliable and soft to touch, the ticking contains enhanced properties designed to help keep the patient dry and prevent fluid ingress.
